Re: 3 billing scheme Well, I'll not state the obvious, you'll know better next time - however it's a strange amount for a monthly payment, (even if it is based on a cashback scheme) and it would be unreasonable of them to hold onto all the money you paid until the term is complete, THEN refund you. Staged payments would be fairer - after all, they could be taken over and 18 months is a long time in the mobile business. WRITE to them, saying you are unhappy with the arrangement that was outlined to you on the phone, and ask them to provide corroboration as you feel they are being unreasonable. If they cannot back it up, force them to agree to the original amount.
