| | Site Team | Re: Daisy Communications I know that this is a telecomms-type claim, but looking at the purely financial side of it, I think that you will find the help and guidance you need for this in the Debt and Bailiffs forum.
Copy and paste into a new thread in the Debt and Bailiffs forum and see what you get.

| | Platinum Account Customer | Re: Daisy Communications If you want a copy of that telephone call now you know that they have it, send a S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) to Daisy. This entitles you to ALL info they hold on you - telephone calls, telephone notes, any statements, charges applied, etc. Enclose a £10 cheque for the statutory fee and send it Special Delivery (signed and tracked).
They have 40 days from receipt to comply. There's a template in the library - you'll have to modify it slightly to suit your situation as the template is bank-geared. After you receive all the information on the handling of this fiasco you can decide what steps you wish to take.
