Re: wanadoo broadband rip off Not sure how much practical help I can be on this, but surely they have broken the contract by failing to deliver the service, so, speaking personally, I agree that you should not have to pay.
I suggest you read the contract through yourself, and when you find something stating what they will do to meet their part of the contract, write to them quoting it and stating that they have failed to meet their side of the deal. See how you get on, but obviously let us know if you need more help.
