Re: T-Mobile Contract I have the same problem, Streetfinder says I'm in a good coverage area, but only if I'm on the first floor of my house. Go downstairs and its no service.
The problem is youv'e accepted their service by not challenging the accuracy of their predicted coverage when you first joined up. After 11 months, you're only recourse is to grin an bear it for the remaining seven (giving notice of departure in month 17), then make sure you leave them and don't re-sign, upgrade or switch to Virgin Mobile.
Anoter network will probably provide you with a much better service, so find out by trying them first on PAYG before committing to any contract.
Finally, no network guarantees their coverage, and it is stated in their T&Cs that the nature of wireless networks makes this a requirement.
