Default Can I get out of 12 mth contract with O2?

Hi,

I am on 12mth contract with O2.

Stuck with till May 09!

I am interested in sim only deal with T Mobile.

Can I get out of 12 mth contract with O2?

Not sure of small print. Been with O2 continously since 2000 never received a contract?

So how do you renew it then; they must of informed you of their terms and conditions somehow and they would of changed since 2000?
Whats the basis of your current contract and I pressume you accept that you have one!
Anyway there is no way they will release you from it, however they may be able to alter it to better deal for you. I have done that several times with them. Just ask them.

If you still have a minimum term to serve, you could always check for any unfavourable changes in terms and conditions which may give the right of cancellation. Other than that, you're stuck with them sorry

Good news! They added an extra 400 mins unlimited to my contract for no extra cost.

Just shows that if you tell them youre unhappy with terms they might listen.
