What is it with carphone warehouse?

Today i went to carphone warehouse. It must have been a while since i was there as now they take down your details to input in to there not so savvy package finder.

What is the point of filling it in, when they dont follow it. I specifically told the chap i dont want talk talk, yet he continues to try and sell it to me, Asking "have you tried talk talk?" ..... Well no i havent, but i dont want to be an unhappy TT customer. Its bad enough NTL/Virgin Media trying to provide BB.

Carphone Warehouse should sell O2 Broadband for home users, at least thats a service that works very well and offers value for money.

Well talktalk is a carphone warehouse company... what do you expect thair sales people to push?

If you know you want O2, talk to them. You need a BT line and I'd also check that you can get it, go the the O2 website and look into it. (your telephone exchange needs to be enabled for you to get the best deals)

O2 broadband is provided by a company called Be. If you don't have an O2 contract, Be is also a highly rated company, look into that one aswell.
