Angry 0800 reverse

I have just received a bill from BT, it had £122 in charges for calls made to my number using 0800 reverse. I phoned BT, they just don't want to know. I have been on the phone to Oftel, and consumer direct, did not get satisfaction, but gave me the name of CISAS organization, who have 0800 reverse on their scheme, they told me to contact them first and if I did not get satisfaction, I should get a deadlock reference number from them and come back to them to try to deal with it? any one been through this procedure? Hints are greatly appreciated.

Do you have a list of the individual calls. I got a shock when son was upset at school and did a 0800 reverse to get me in asap and of course I accepted it. The bill came soon after and I was schocked how much such a short call could cost. Rubbed salt into the as they say when he rang a few weeks later at dinner time,to say he was having a good day in the same manner. I have now bought him a mobile
I would think if your calls are maybe bogus, they would have to keep a record of the tape of you saying yes I accept or not to that annoying robot, you have a etc....

I have a list of the calls , they all made from my son's mobile to our telephone number over a period of 3 month?. I just have been in contact with 0800 reverse customer service, who were prompt in contacting me, within minutes of sending them an E Mail. They were somewhat understanding, they offered a credit refund for half the amount , but I am waiting for them to come back with a full refund. I will let you know if or when that happens. Thanks in advance for the tips and the posts, in relation to 0800reverse. (scam merchants of the century)!

Today I have received a call from 0800 reverse, to let me know that they have agreed to waive all 0800reverse call charges on my BT bill, and that they have blocked the service to my telephone number since I first contacted them (17/06/0 three days ago. So they brought a swift and satisfactory conclusion to the situation, so if you feel you are being unfairly treated it is worth pursuing and being persistent. To their credit they were polite and effecient and resolved the matter quickly.:o
