| | Basic Account Customer | T mobile repairs 4 weeks ago, my phone went back for repair (it basically needed a new battery), i was told it would be back in 2 weeks and it still aint back.
Rude store staff don't help and emails don't get answered. Even a letter I sent on the 5th June hasn't been answered yet.
Any advice anymore? Or should I just learn to be patient?

If this ever happens again, I think I'll send it to the nokia repair service myself. |

| | Platinum Account Customer | Re: T mobile repairs You can always ask, but before you ask for a new model, make sure that any phone they offer you IS actually new, and not as I expect a previous return or refurb, being supplied to you 'as new'. If they try the switcheroo trick, it will almost be impossible for you to tell UNLESS it is provided in the retail box with everything in plastic bags and sealed. The refurbs come in white boxes.
On the basis that they;re going to try an palm you off with a refurb that is new, THAT is your opportunity to ask for a 'better' model, that IS a refurb. That way you're not being taken for a mug, and you get what you want!
