Default Nokia Shop Online (Returns & Refunds)

Bought what I thought was a mobile phone online at Nokia Shop Online but realised it was an Internet Tablet...
Decided to return the item and claim a full refund. Two options... e-mail, via Nokia Shop Website or phone... as it was during the weekend decided to use their website. Sent 3 e-mails requesting a RMA (Return Material Authorisation) and a return address sticker. Up to the present day neither an acknowledgement e-mail nor a phone call has been received. I reached the seventh day after receipt of good ... but I sent a letter to their Head of Customer Services at the Head Office.
Shouldn't they acknowledge e-mails?
and, is my letter a valid request for return of goods and refund?

Thanks for your advices...

Hello Bigredbus,

Did you quote your "Online Shop order number" when you sent Nokia the Emails and have you checked your Spam/Junk folder ??

Nokia's Electronic Mailing system by default generates "Message received" Emails and sends them out for Email address verification. (to make sure your Email address is genuine)

Therefore you should have received something ??

I have also sent this link to Nokia's site for Returns below

Nokia UK - Ask nokia

Hope this helps and good luck

Thank you very much for your replies and help...
Indeed, I used that page to fill in all details and sent it, on 3 occasions. No 'E-mail received' has been generated and sent back by Nokia, so in the end I wrote to both the Head of Customer Services & Sales Director at the Head Office in Farnborough.
Within 24 hours of receiving my letters a C/S manager called me to apologise about the failure experienced by their system and sent me, via e-mail, the much needed RMA in order to return the goods.
I don't know what really happened. All I know is if I had not sent these letters to the Head Office the cooling off period would have expired.
Once again, thanks very much...
