Default Orange Over Charge

Orange over charged me back in decemebr they added adjustments on to the bill, when I phoned up about the adjustments ther was a long battle on the phone and they sed they would say they wud stop one only to notice it bill it was on twice. Very Confusing I knw.I sent a letter asap and recieved no reply within 2 weeks so I sent it again and it has currently been a week waiting for that reply. I asked Orange to supply me with a correct bill or I wont be paying (I was told over the phone to pay only to get a refund the following month ) I dont think this is appropriate for them to ask of this.
This month I have now recieved my new bil only to notice that they have charged me for texts which are supposed to be unlimited in my bundle and have been for well over a year (its coming to end of contract). They have also put on that I have used sum stupid amount of web/ data but I cant see this stated on any of the dates on my bill, I stated in another letter to them this is highly inmpossible as My phone cannot go on the internet, and they even refused to replace my broken phone even when it was in a 28 day warrenty. so the 3rd letter stated a number of complaints, I guess I will be waiting for a long time for reply.
Does anyone know the correct time to wait for a reply regarding complaints?
Im now wondering wat my credit report will look like as it will include 2 missed payments, but this is due to a mistake on there part so what do I do about that?

any suggestions, advice please.
