Default Bulldog Broadband

Is anyone else having problems with this company? I opened an account last year, but closed it recently because they were driving me mad. In a nutshell, it took them 6 months to send the first bill, then suspended my phone line because the bill was so high, but expected me to continue to pay for the service I wasn't receiving!

Having just started the process to claim back bank charges, I am now trying to work out the best way forward for this problem. Any suggestions?

Write to harryclarke@bulldogdsl.co m he's the head honcho of CS and a very nice bloke i've written to him a few times and he always responds in fact so well he had a CS rep phone me repeatedly till he got hold of me to make sure I was happy lol.

Has the line now been ceased?

Write a nice email to Mr Clarke and i'm sure he will help you sort out some kind of payment plan that suits you

Hi Thanks very much for your advice. Wrote to Mr Clarke yesterday, got an email from him and a call from customer service, will write off £200, if I had still been with the company would have reinstated the line, will get finance to discuss paying back the balance. A result! Pity you need to write to Mr Clarke to get anything to happen

Yup its a shame but at least its moving now and £200 in your pocket rather than theirs and a payment scheme to pay the rest off, i'd say that looks like a reasonable result.

Nice one let us know what happens with finance calling to arrange paying the rest off wont you

Contacted by finance department to arrange a plan, told them I would decide how much I wanted to pay each month. He said OK!
