Have you had major problems with your mobile phone network? Or have you have problems with cash back schemes or a bad miselling experience? Has your child experienced text bulllying or been able to access things on their mobile at a high cost? A bit wide-ranging don't you think? What's the particular thrust of the itemn?

The major problem with my mobile network is due to redevelopment they moved my base station further away and I get no service when previously it was fine.

Since I'm outwith my initial 14 day contract period they will not cancel, and they do not appear interested in arranging for an infill site or even a pico-site as used in their retail shops.

That's a shame Busby, if you were inside the time period you could have cancelled the contract using DSR if you took the contract online or by phone!

You have a higher opinion of them that I do. The issue of non-DD charges was known to both BBCtv's Watchdog and Working Lunch back in 2005 (I know because I told them). I got acknowledgements but no more. It is only a concern and worth covering if - in the case of Watchdog they can turn it into an entertainment vehicle for the presenter. Since ITV don't do consumer programmes, the number of broadcasters able to take any interest in workaday problems (rather than pseudo-funny or wind-up comedies like 'Rogue Traders' are few and far between.
