Dialamobile Financial Crisis

A Brimingham-base mobile retailer Dialamobile Ltd is said to be in financial crisis after closing its shop and closing a number of web sites it created. The firm connected customers to Orange, Vodafone, 3 & T-Mobile and these networks have expressed concern at the closure, but as CAG members are aware, they take no responsibilities for making good any cashback deals that turn sour. The networks are prepared only to allow downgrading of tariffs - cancellation of a contract will not be permitted.

The company is known to 3UK, to whom it had given an undertaking to address consumer concerns over its cashback schemes, however with the possibility of Receivers being appointed, there appears to be no possibility of them meeting that promise.

Orange had turned down adjudication for all Cisas Applications with the comments 'application submitted out of date'.

Over the last few weeks the independent appeal panel had looked at the comments of Orange and my submissions. They decided that every case I had submitted was indeed valid and the adjudication to proceed.

Suggestion: Signed up through Mobile Connections for Cashback: I would ask that if issuing a Cisas Complaint consider allowing me to file it for you, that I can request to Cisas to consider not appointing the concerned neutral person as adjudicator.
