Re: Mis-sold Orange contract - help! To take out any kind of NEW contract you would have had to been through a credit/identity check, also as was a new contract a Customer Information Form (CIF) form would have had to be signed.
The dealer or agent may well have instructed Orange verbally over the phone in setting it all up, but you say your dealings with the agent were not done over the phone? If the agent didnt give you a copy of the CIF, they will have one, as they have got to keep it for reporting purposes!
I would chase the dealer again and request a copy of the CIF to be sent to you asap.
You dont say the package/tariff you are both on.....are they individual talk plans? did you have any specific special offers?
