Cash Back or Never

I never get their cash back and attachment of next redemption claim form so I contacted them to ask what's going on? I was simply told that the period of claim is now invalidated as a matter of fact that period is when I was waiting for their respondence which never happens.

So the result of this failure affected to the future claim!!!!!

Now I don't think that it was the post failure but Phone4U is intended not to send it to me at all because the rest of the claim is quite a lot £105.03 each. The total they owe me is £247.59.

And the seems to be Mr. Nice Staff from High St. Kensington branch try to offer me the way to get my cash back by offering me new contract with immediately cash back in store but that is the promotion they are doing for the new contract which means that there's nothing to do regarding to my old contract!!! Helpless!!!

Another evident of Phone4U's intention avoiding to pay cash back happened to One of my friend who was doing the cash back but with different deal. She almost didn't get her cash back because her cheque was sent to the wrong address!!!!!.

Can u believe that??!! It'll never happen if that is the promoting letter.

As we've noted in other threads, avoid cashback deals on anything, it's just not worth the hassle.
