Which scares me..
I was cut off the same day I paid £62 to my account.
yes i was fuming.
Customer service said there was nothing they could do about it, i have since meet more people who have been cut off and it seems to be friends who were not paying by DD or failed 1 payment on DD?
Anyway i paid up and had a remaining bill for £8 i was advised i may also have to pay a disconnection charge...

but as i had not been with them long the chances are the object that costs this charge may not have been fitted to the nearest phone hub to my house.
I have logged on to my talk talk email account to get updates on the status of my account and there is no access? i have had no letters and when i phone talk talk they say we have no account and you need to call BT.
my concern is that somewhere in the back ground of all this out of my reach is a charge that will be defaulted and passed to collectors. i have written to Talk talk requesting an update of closure or the position with the charge, of which i would challenge greatly, but i am receiving no reply.
Is anyone else experiencing this worry.
