02 Query Hi, Nov year i supposedly ended my contract with 02 via calling them (I know i was wrong now). When they kept sending me bills, i ignored them. I did owe them 86 which i was prepared to pay with my final bill.
My line package was quite cheap at 18.99 (at the time) had an all inculsive deal with them, anyway, to the point, i recently looked at my bills on line (via thier website). I have been passed on to a debt collector, for 282. Anyway, I had actually stopped using the phone immediatly in Nov when i cancelled the contract (my phone was broken).
So my last bill (when they disconnected me for non payment). They decided to charge me for an online 50 bonus, from 04 Jan 07 - 10 Oct 07 at £134.58, does anyone know what that is and why i would have to charge it, surely it would only be for at least one months line rental (I was well over my 12 month contract).
I am currently with Moorcroft paying this bill off, but would seriously like to get it reduced as i think the whole thing was unfair.
