The above post has been reported...it is also proof, if any proof were needed, that whatever your claim, the 'defendant' is monitoring CAG, cross referencing with your details, and making judgments based on your posts.
The above post is also misleading - the whole point of my posts is that I am NOT a Skillstrain student: I applied, and cancelled legally, and am trying to recover the money I gave as deposit, but which was unlawfully presented to the bank, thus causing me undue stress and consequential losses. As a non-student, I do not have access to any intranet facilities, and therefore am unable to avail myself of the contact channels that are implied...
Mr Skillstrain - FYI: your letter today was patronising in the extreme, incredibly rude, and wrong in all aspects. You have been given an opportunity to correct mistakes, and in not availing yourself of said opportunity you must be prepared for the ensuing consequences...

| | Basic Account Customer | Re: Skillstrain Hi Spiceskull, i'm new to this forum but not to others where there are other complaints about SkillsTrain, mine included.
I'd just like to say that SkillsTrain have posted the exact same message on a the consumerwatch forum at pcadvisor.co.uk and yes they posted it twice
Just another day of automated responses for them.
Good luck with your fight, mine has just begun. |

| | Platinum Account Customer | Re: Skillstrain I have confirmation that the posts on CAG are monitored by the companies we campaign against...and also by their legal teams. Today I received a letter from Eversheds solicitors, acting on behalf of SkillsTrain. The letter is marked private and confidential - not for publication, so unfortunately I cannot duplicate it in its entirety here (bah!) However, the letter was to me, it makes mention of my posts on CAG, and specifically identifies me as Spicey.
So for now, any posts I make will be clinically generic, will not discuss my case/claim, and any further details of my experience will unfortunately remain off forum for the present time. I'm not backing down, or bowing to pressure, but I cannot discuss this position in any detail until the situation has been resolved. Please don't ask!
For now, whilst I maintain my view that the 'actus reus' has been established, I will edit my own posts, voluntarily, to remove reference to the word theft, and any implications of theft, against SkillsTrain. |
