Default Loads of GE capital cards, one claim? - ***WON***

I have quite a few of these blighters, all of them have made charges.
All the cards are GE capital, would I be able to combine the lot?
Or would loads of little letters do?

I don't see why you can't combine them - certainly the Data Protection Act request should bring up all the accounts, and it would seem sensible for the claims to be dealt with in the same way.

Unless the combined claims total more than £5000, then you might want to split them so you can keep the claims in the Small Claims Court.

Good luck!

Hello!

got your money back from hsbc?
well done!

You will have to send your letters to GE capital, the addtess is on your statements. I sent one letter with all the charges on all the accounts at once.

HI HSBCrusher

Did you get a response from GE for your Subject Access Request?

Im curious i have just remembered about a burtons car, i sent of a Subject Access Request specifically mentioning a debenhams and House of fraser card but so far only data back re the HOF card.

I think that GE are being economical with the truth in my case?

GE will hold all the info about all the accounts, in fact we used to send a cheque payment in one "lump" (all the payments for all 5 cards clumped together in one cheque) and never had any problems.
