All the cards are GE capital, would I be able to combine the lot?
Or would loads of little letters do?  |

| | Site Team | Re: Loads of GE capital cards, one claim? I don't see why you can't combine them - certainly the Data Protection Act request should bring up all the accounts, and it would seem sensible for the claims to be dealt with in the same way.

also i have just had my bank charges refunded from hsbc is this the same process?

You will have to send your letters to GE capital, the addtess is on your statements. I sent one letter with all the charges on all the accounts at once.

| | Site Team | Re: Loads of GE capital cards, one claim? GE will hold all the info about all the accounts, in fact we used to send a cheque payment in one "lump" (all the payments for all 5 cards clumped together in one cheque) and never had any problems.
