John Lewis Store/Credit Card

Has anyone started proceedings against John Lewis Store Card and Credit Card ?

I'm sick of their £20 charge for this and that and want to know if they would come under the same rulings as Banks and Credit cards.

Doing Barclays Current Account, Barclays Visa and Barclays Mastercard at present and it wasn't until I got a nasty letter from John Lewis today and an arrogant telephone call I had that thought.

Right, they are on the list now.

Got statements from John Lewis/Mastercard today.

Not as heavy charges as i thought.

Total charges are £360.00.

For some reason, I'm not sure why, they refunded me £160.00 last January for charges they had taken previously. Strange that they did this without me moaning about them.

Will be sending the Prelim Letter for the other £200, might as well.
