Hello there, I have a quick question. I have received a list of charges applied on my store cards, Burton, House of Fraser. It appears they charged £15 for late payment and it was in 2002!
Was the late payment charge actually as low as £15 at that time or they just simply adjusted the figure?

{Mod note: Moved to its own thread in the correct forum}

As far as I remember, yes, £15 sounds about right.

Sounds okie then. Now I'm going to ask those refunds including
Contractual interest as appears on the statements 29.9% plus 8% statutory interest on the top

I don't think you can claim contractual and 8% on top. On contractual there was a court ruling about claiming this for bank accounts but something I read on store cards made me think contractual would be okay. Someone will put us right if I am wrong.
