Hi Guys, just received statements (or should I say list of charges) from my Bank in Northern Ireland , they acknowledged receipt on 3rd May and I got them with letter dated 20th June.
Anyway From the two accounts I had with them (both now closed) it totals to almost 1000 in charges. GET THIS....accompanying letter for both accounts states 'Information requested May 2003 to Dec 2004 is not held on relevant filing system and therefore has not been provided'.....
Thats 18 months that they havent outlined charges, I have no copies what can I do? Is this a normal reaction to first time request, Please help with any suggestions, they are making me even more frustrated.

Most likey they're just being akward. In your letter did you say you wanted anything held on microfiche? Some Banks try to make out fiche isn't a relevent filing system.
