Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Advise needed,
a friend of a freind has received his statements back from RBS bus has cold feet about making a claim.
The reason for his cold feet is that he is afraid of getting the sack or facing disciplinary action from the bank if he makes a claim against his employers.
anyone with experiance of this?
what retaliatry action are the banks using against there own employees for claiming back charges if any?
thanks
If they did sack your friend for doing so then they would come in for all manner of trouble, including (but not limited to) Unfair Dismissal and Complaint to the fos.
I can't say I've heard of any employee being sacked for claiming against their bank employer and there's a fair few bank employees around on the CAG site.
