Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.

im claiming for about £1400 against the woolwich and recently received a letter saying that i have to attend a case and allocation conference at my local court (southend) on june 27th ( which is now next week :o )
can somebody please advise what this involves and what i need to take etc.
ive tried phoning the court but have had trouble getting through (especially as i have to call from work)
call the litigations department today at Barclays tel them u have a court date, im betting they will now settle, they wont want to go to court, but dont tell them what type of hearing it is, just say u have a court date and give the date.
