Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Im currently in the midst of separate claims with HSBC, Lloyds, Barclays, CapitalOne and the chaps at barclaycard.
After the palava that was microfiche i ended up in the scenario where i had decided to claim for the post 2004 statements but recieved the rest of the statements just after the lba stage,
I was wondering if anyone knows if its possible to add the rest of the charges on to my initial claim and send them another LBA or will this totally screw things up?
