Hi All,
Have sent prelim & schedule of charges to B/Cd.
Letter was sent by Rec Del on 08/06/07.
£516.00 being reclaimed since 2005.
Surprised today to find over £230 had been credited to my account. Had no contact from them as yet. Is this the norm? Is this a part payment 'in full & final settlement'?
Should I wait for contact from them or proceed with lba when 14 days expired?
You need to write and ask them to remove the money, or accept it as part paymnt and carry on with your claim. The letters are in the template library. enaid
Have still not had any written notification from B/cd but received my statement this AM to find a refund of charges to the sum of £228.00.
As advised above, I have amended my lba to state that I accept the refund only as 'partial settlement' and require payment in full within 14 days.
Is it normal not to have any correspondance from them???
