Just had a letter from the district judge which says:
IT IS ORDERED THAT unless the defendant do by 4:00pm on 26 june 2007 file a completed allocation questionaire, the defence will be struck out and the claimant will be entitled to enter judgement by default.
Do you think barclaycard will do this? could really do with this money soonish as im due to give birth in 6 weeks time and fed up of barclaycard dragging this out, its now being going on since last october.
