Help!! Have received my letter for a case management conference at Shrewsbury Court on July 30th but don't really know what i am meant to do next! Letter says i must attend so i will but will Barclaycard Solicitors also be there and do i have to state my case against them?? Or, is it more likely they will settle before then or not even show up? Any help most appreciated
Anyone? Something odd has also happened. i wrote to the lovely Mrs Lomas and said i would be willing to accept £619 before the court date at end of july. checked online statement today and i have recieved a credit on june 26th of £356 for late payment charges refund. this also happened on january 31st with exactly the same amount and reason. has this happened to anyone else?

Hi Ktpnut
Just to let you know you wont be alone - I too have a case management conference on 30th July at Shrewsbury with HFC who have charged me £50 leagl fees which I am disputing as legal action has never been taken against me.
I have heard nothing from HFC solicitors, so if anyone can give me any advice on how to prepare myself it would be appreciated.
