Default Court Date 28th June Leeds, please help

    Hi All

Just a quick hello and to say after a long wait, I too am in Leeds on the 28th against Lloydsicon

I have copied the CMI sheet, however, I am a little confused regarding the costs Q35 + 36, should I just copy

    Q35 £9.25, 25 hours research + prep

    Q36 £9.25 30 hours research + prep.

I do believe I have spent this time in research etc,

    Jade,

You are supposed to put down your actual costs, ie the time that you have actually spent, providing you have not wasted a lot of unreasonable time.
I assume you have read post 15 on the Case Management information Sheet thread including the notes against the items on the example CMI sheet and separate notes near the bottom of that post. click here http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...st-896372.html
Have you also looked at post 19? click here http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...st-915078.html
I appreciate it is difficult to put an exact actual time down if you are back-tracking and have not kept records. If you feel that you can comfortably justify the 25 hours for item 35, then no problem in using that. Don't worry about the accuracy of item 36, it hasn't happened yet and is therefore an approximate estimate.

Are you happy with this answer?

As a matter of interesticon, how many cases are listed for the 28th June on the papers that you have been sent and what was the date of the Court's letter to you?

    Hi

    Thank you for your reply.

I am number 222 on the list of claimants for Leeds. I received the letter 14 May it is dated the 10th May. Funnily enough, I rang the court on the 10th and they told me I had no chance of the 28th as they had such a back log, they told me it would be an August date. Lucky me...
