    Default had offer from natwest and need help

    Ive recieved an offer today for the full amount £347.00 they have said in their letter that if I accept whitch I am it will be paid into my account ,but I dont use that account anymore it has my overdrafticon in there whitch im paying off, I now have a parachute accounticon else where , can i request a cheque from Natwesticon?

    I very much doubt that if you have an open account with NWB that they would even consider paying you the funds by cheque.

    Thx m8 thought so, that means the cash will go to pay off the overdrafticon they bumped up in the first place with their bank charges so they win ! I`m never gonna get a fair deal here I can only try and go to court and ask the judge for a cheque if I win, any advice out there has anyone been in this situation and can help?
