Hello, I have been through the stages of writing to A&L regarding my charges for £4510 and have been given the usual from the bank. I then went straight to court with my claim on 30/5/07. Since that date I have had an offer of settlement for £1394, which I declined as unacceptable. I have then written to A&L a without prejudice letter in which I stated I would be willing to accept £3000 and am awaiting a reply within 14 days. On the court front Wragge & Co have written twice, once to say they will defend the case and another of the details of the defence. On the HMCS website the case is now stated as defence:-

The Defendant disputes the whole amount you have claimed. Your claim cannot proceed online and will be transferred to the appropriate court for continuation. You will receive confirmation to where the claim has been transferred to shortly.
I am now awaiting to hear from the courts and am puzzled as to what legal advice I need and what to do next, Please Help Anybody???
