Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Hi everyone!
I sent the Request for the repayment of charges to Lloyd's with the copy of charges. In reply they wrote that they can't agree to cancel my charges, basically saying that they have to charge for their extra services as those are their prices for the service they provide in these situations.
However they mentioned that if I don't agree with that they can provide me with the details of the Financial Ombudsman Service (who are they?), so they can consider my comlaint independantly. Can someone advice what should be my next step.
And another question, do I need to write in reply on this matter to the head office or to the address I've got my last letter from?
Any advice appreciated!
