How long do I have to wait to find out if they've cancelled my ticket?

Here is my original thread http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...e-grounds.html

I appealed on 17th May, which was within 14 days of the pcnicon, and have since heard nothing. I'm hoping that the ticket has been cancelled, but it's been 4 weeks since my letter and nothing has come through yet.

    Any thoughts?

    Cheers
    Alex

They don't rush. Did you send it recorded )signed for) delivery.

You could give them a reminder, I had to jog the local council after six weeks had passed, their excuse was that they were busy because of a report that had been printed in the local paper. (I wonder who gave them the story)

If there's an objections or enquiries telephone number on the original ticket, call it and ask what the problem is. I'm currently pursuing a bus lane pcnicon for a colleague and my understanding from my thread at PePiPoo: Helping the motorist to get justice is that they have 3 months to respond.
