Hi! I'm a new member and claiming in Scotland. The total claim including interest in £3980 which means that I have to go down the route of getting a lawyer. Despite living in Glasgow, I have tried about 30 firms and can find no one interested in taking my case. Can anyone help?:?
Having written to RBS to tell them that I was now proceeding with court action in the full sum a letter arrived yesterday offering Full and final settlement. I have therefore not had to submit a legal claim nor to find a solicitor who would have taken the case but have happily accepted their offer.
