    Finally got copies of microfiched statements yesterday. Sending prelim letter for charges & interesticon on these today.
    Don't think they'll be as easy as HBOSicon, but here goes...!

    Prelim should only be for the charges Craig and not the interesticon.

    Only include interest when you file the claim at court.

    It's not court interesticon, it's interest they applied on charges as balance. Pretty sure I can claim that now.

    Got a letter dated 19th June offering difference between charges and £12 'fee' they now charge after OFT statement. This amounts to less that 1/3 of my claim.
    Will accept this as part payment & continue with claim for rest.
    How are other people getting on with this? Are b/card getting easier? Even HBOSicon didn't offer anything so quickly!
