Thank you for your reply Janus, its a tricky one this, I dont know what to do. I have had one account closed by Yorkshire Bank and I dont really want another one closing. But morally I feel that I ought to do something. They, took loads of dosh of us when we could least afford it. As all banks seem to do to their victims, I mean customers. I pleaded with them to give us a break to stop taking money we did not have. They seem to be blackmailing people now into submission. What did you decide to do?

Why not do the pre lim and lba and then go via the fos and in the section asking you what you want done to remedy the situation put that you want the charges refunded and a gaurentee that the account will not be closed.
