    Default debtfreemummy vs Egg

    Hi

    I sent off my SARicon letter by recorded delivery on 1 May. I received a letter a couple of weeks later asking for id & stating that the 40 days would start once they had received this! So of course I sent back a letter saying "nope sorry, it starts from when you received my 1st letter!"

    Anyway, the 40 days is up for statements & I'm sending off a "7 more days or else" letter today.

    But I also asked for a copy of my CCA with my first letter. I didnt enclose my £1 cheque so I sent it on 17 May & asked again for this. -They've received it & taken it off my c/card account!

    Anyway, it's been about 20 days now - but I can't remember how much longer I have to wait before they're completely in deep doo-doo! Is it 30 days in total? Can someone direct me to the correct place please.

    Hi Mummy

    Regarding the CCA they have, from you posting it 12 working days plus a further 2 working days to cover posting to send you your agreement. If after this time you haven't received it, your account is now in dispute, they cant sell etc. Then a further calendar month from this date is when they have committed a criminal offence( 06 July i reckon)

    Regarding your S.A.R - (Subject access requesticon), have you tried sending them a secure message through their website, i did at the weekend, my loan statement arrived yesterday and a full list of my transactions for my Eggicon card arrived today and they waived payment

    Just sent them a lbaicon about my charges thro the secure message system again, as per my thread.
