Thread: Which BOS address?

Hi All

£5054.00 in charges over 5 years ..... who knew?!! I am ready to send the 1st letter requesting repayment of said charges, but am unsure as to what BOS address this should be sent? Branch? the Leeds address? the Fife address? Sorry to be a pain in the proverbial, but I just want to get it right and sent off asap.

Hi L,

I sent my first letter to the head office in Edinburgh on 17th May, got first reply this morning.

The Telephone office informed me I should have sent it to;
Halifax Plc
Customer Relations
Trinity Road
Halifax
HX1 2RG

If you use this I hope it is a bit faster than head office. Let me know how you get on.
