Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Hi, having had my claim settled, I asked the Judge to consider Wasted Time costs. I have now received a letter from the Admiralty and Commercial Court.
"The Case was passed to HHJ xxxx QC in regards to the costs issue, the Judge has directed that there be a further hearing to deal with the costs"
"there will be a Small Claims Hearing in this case and in several others which raise the same or similar issues at 9.30 22nd June 2007" The hearing is intended to give directions for the hearing of some or all of these cases in a way which saves time and expense."
Not sure what to take with me......
Any advice ??
Anyone else going!!!!

I havent had anyone answer my question yet about wasted costs - how come some people can submit them free of charge as it says in the template section and yet I had a letter informing me that I have to pay a £35 fee?
