The Request for Repayment Letter that I sent on 9th May didn't have the following paragraph in it.
If you dispute that I am entitled to a refund of these charges, I request that you forward within the above mentioned time scale, a copy of the terms and conditionsthat were in force at the time my account was opened, and any subsequent amendments to those terms and conditions
. These are requested under CPR Pre-Action Protocol 4.6(c), and failure to provide them will be brought to the attention of the court, should it be necessary to commence a county court
action.
I've added it to the lbainstead of the reminder that I asked for it in the previous letter, is this the right thing to do? If they don't send them what chance do I have of finding some T & C's from circa 1968?
I don't know the exact date I opened this account and Natwesthaven't replied to my request for this or any other information.
