    Default A&L Claim Problem

Hello, I hope someone can me some advise. My partner is in the process of trying to claim around £500 in charges from A&L. He is currently at the point whereby A&L have submitted their defence and has received notification that the case is being transferred to our local court and it would seem that completion of an aqicon is not required (it was crossed out on the last letter received from the Nottingham court). He's now realised that the total amount being claimed is incorrect as he has accidentally added on an extra charge. Should he do anything about it or just amend the details for the court bundle?

I made a couple of errors on my charge sheet and the general concensus or opinion on here was to leave it exactly as it is at this stage. Any anomalies will be picked up on settlement and deducted accordingly. If you alter anything now, it will mean your POCicon, etc. are wrong.

Others might have different ideas, but I wouldn't worry about it.
