Default I have a court date

OK so i have a court date now for August the 24th in Bristol where i live.

They are telling me in the letter that i must provide to the other party and the court all copies of documents on which i intend to reply on at the hearing within 14 days of the hearing.

What documents should i copy and send to them or have i already done that?

    Thanks, Alan

My advive is get your bundle ready asap post it then start hounding the litigation team for settlement. It seems to have worked for most people. I left mine to last minute and got full settlement but i think the earlier you are prepared the earlier you will get you money................

May I ask you something please? I have received a letter from my county courticon in Cambridge about a Pre Review Trial? Is it normal procedure? Am I suppose to go to that, as it doesn't seem they are inviting me.
Is it THE day? or what?

    Thanks
