Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Hi. The court has requested that i file and serve a shedule of sums claimed with clear explanation therof and date incurred.
In this do i just need to send a copy of my charges which are dated? Is their anything else i need to pass on to the court.
The next thing is that on 21st june the court says that each party shall deliver every other party and to the court office copies of all documents {including any experts reports} on which he intends to rely on in court.
Is this where i need the court bundle, all correspondance, reports that will help my case, list of charges. Is their anything else that i need to send that would be useful or that is needed that i have missed, and does all this need indexing.Do the solicitors need to be sent all the reports i obtain as well? Im really panicking now.:o The bank {lloydstsb} owes us over £5672 and weve requested £5000 as a settlement also it keeps it in small claims. Thanks for your time.
