    Default beyond a joke.

    Hello there, everyone.
I'm having a lot of trouble getting my subject access details from clydesdale bank, I sent my letter at the end of april, and after having to go in and provide photographic id. I've only recieved a letter saying that they're 'very busy' and ask for my patience. I've phoned these AQU monkeys a couple of times and i've been told that they've had trouble with their printers and I should get my statements by jun 20th-ish!!

Also one advised me that i should contact my bank now asking for my charges back, and then once i know the final amount update them with it!

    Is this a wise move?

Anyone else stuck in this predicament?

    regards.

    Spin buldak & angie 35,
They are notoriously slow in answering SARicon requests. So if they have exceeded the
legal time layed down. Then send them one of theses letters. Whichever is best suited to your claim. Good luck. http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...n-act-non.html

Its your money taken unlawfully from your account and you have a legal right to claim it back.
