I am in my last payment to Black Horse. On the 29 May I rang them to pay £175 of the £363.83. Before this I did ask for a statement to see all payments I have done during 5 years at the end was a "collect activity fee"£80, returned payment fee £100 and late payment int. £3.83
The guy told me to pay the 175 + 25 so all the capital was paid and just left the charges. On the 31st May received a letter syaing
"It may be an oversight but you still have £183.83 left to pay on your agreement. Please send us your payment withing the next 7 days. bla bla bla.
:-| Do I have to pay them first and then claim the charges back??? or is there another way to not pay this.
