I have already done my MCOL for Barclaycard and still waiting just aknowledge. Looking in my files found another lot of charges from Barclaycard can I start a new claim???????????? (around 20 charges from different years 02/05 £300 ) please help with this is there anything that I can do!!! my claim was for 290 they offer me 98 and I refuse.

you can either start a new claim, or you can amend this claim and add them on.
If you want to add them on you will need to fill in the N244 form.
This will cost you £35 and it is not refundable.
