Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Well got a court date for 11th July and as usual Barclays want to go to the wire i'm butting my court bundle together at the moment but need the terms and conditions from 1996 i saw an other a while back that one of the members had a copy but now i cannot find the link

As your court date is reletively close i would consider contacting the litigation team .Approach them with an opening of I have a court date .... was wondering if you could inform me of who is dealing with my claim so i can address my documentation to them several contact details are found in this thread http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...team-good.html
I would suggest emailing Dino popawotsit as he seems the 1 that replys to emails
Any typos spelling mistakes are due to leprechauns in my keyboard they move the letters around sometimes (amended just for Bookie)
