    Default Terms and Conditions needed

    Hello Folks

    Well got a court date for 11th July and as usual Barclaysicon want to go to the wire i'm butting my court bundle together at the moment but need the terms and conditionsicon from 1996 i saw an other a while back that one of the members had a copy but now i cannot find the link
    if anybody could help it would be great

    As your court date is reletively close i would consider contacting the litigation team .Approach them with an opening of I have a court date .... was wondering if you could inform me of who is dealing with my claim so i can address my documentation to them several contact details are found in this thread http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...team-good.html

    I would suggest emailing Dino popawotsit as he seems the 1 that replys to emails

    Any typos spelling mistakes are due to leprechauns in my keyboard they move the letters around sometimes (amended just for Bookie)
