i have just had my court date through, beginning of august is there anything else i need to know before i go, have there been any more peoples claims thrown out, it says that i need to seed all details to the bank and court, so do i have to photocopy all statments and send to both ie bank and court 2 weeks before the hearing, any advice will be gratly recived, since i have started legal action i have not contacted the woolwich, should i expect a call from them offering to settle
