Default Re: Complain about the litigation behaviour of the bank's solicitors

Just saying hi, my first post and currently dealing with a mountain of debt, divorceicon and disability ! Just spent all morning faxing of offers of payments to all seven of my creditors and awaiting their reaction ! ! This was done with the help of PayPlan (Free debt management company | Payplan)whom I found on good old Google.

i must say it is a relief to have found this forum and to realise that I am not alone in this and similar situations. What particularly got me angry was the relentlessness of Debt Agency telphone calls, I have had them as late as 8. 50 pm and on Sunday mornings ! I always think, what a way to earn a living ! ! Anyway, I think I will become a regular here on this site and am already planning on trying to recoup my extortionate bank charges from Smile (£75 commission ? ? what is that) and then some.
