    Default No reply to S.A.R

    I sent a S.A.R to First Response Finance on 16th April 07 and have recieved nothing. Can anyone tell me what the next step is?
    I unfortunately got in the mess of taking out finance, getting ill and not meeting the payments so they repossessed the car but I still have to pay them the full amount. I thought I may be able to claim back some charges to help with the debt and asked for all my statements but I couldn't understand them so somebody suggested a S.A.R.
    Is this correct? Sorry to waffle

    Hi

    In the templates folder there is a letter for data protection non compliance, which basically gives them a nudge and gives them 7 days before you commence court action. You need to send it recorded delivery.
